Baseline privacy language for the Amelia intake prototype

This page explains the minimum data-handling story currently implemented in the prototype. It should be reviewed and expanded by counsel before any production launch.

Draft workflow and legal copy for product validation only. Counsel review, therapist credential confirmation, and production security hardening are still required.

What this prototype collects

Contact details you submit in the lead form (name, email, phone, state).
Your short description of what support you are seeking.
Consent timestamp proving you agreed to follow-up contact.
Basic anti-spam signals such as duplicate attempts and rate-limit events.

Why it is collected

To let Amelia review fit and follow up about therapy services.
To support a Stripe test-mode checkout handoff for an intro session hold.
To review therapist applications and compare onboarding demand.

Prototype retention baseline

Data is stored only for prototype evaluation and operational review.
Retention/deletion timing is not yet finalized and must be confirmed with counsel.
This page is a baseline privacy notice, not final legal language.

Prototype inquiries can currently be routed to hello@example.com. Formal privacy rights handling and final retention workflows still need legal and operational review.
