Safety baseline

Crisis and operational safety boundaries for the prototype

Therapy products need crisp safety boundaries. This page makes the non-emergency and manual-review limits explicit while the product is still in prototype mode.

Draft workflow and legal copy for product validation only. Counsel review, therapist credential confirmation, and production security hardening are still required.

Emergency boundary

  • This intake form and therapist application workflow are not monitored for emergencies.
  • If someone is in immediate danger, they should call 911 or their local emergency services now.
  • For mental health crises in the United States, direct people to call or text 988.

Operational safety baseline

  • Leads are reviewed manually before any appointment is confirmed.
  • Stripe is limited to test mode in this prototype and should not be described as a live production workflow.
  • Anti-spam controls are intentionally basic and should be upgraded before public launch.

Known gaps

  • No final clinical intake, informed consent, or HIPAA workflow is represented here yet.
  • Licensed-state routing is still based on best guesses until Amelia confirms actual credential coverage.
  • This page should be replaced with a counsel-reviewed safety policy before launch.
