The prototype uses Stripe test mode to collect an intro session hold of $225.00.
Payment handoff does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until Amelia manually reviews fit and availability.
Any production cancellation, refund, or reschedule policy still requires final business and legal approval.

Therapy service boundaries

This prototype does not promise emergency response, diagnosis, or guaranteed clinical outcomes.
Client-therapist matching is manual for now and depends on licensed-state coverage plus therapist availability.
Therapist onboarding submissions do not create an active roster listing until Amelia approves them.
