About Amelia

Therapy rooted in warmth, depth, and understanding

“I believe therapy is a healing space—one where you can slow down, feel safe, and begin to understand yourself more deeply. I work with individuals and couples seeking growth, clarity, and meaningful change, offering bilingual (English & Spanish) therapy in a culturally responsive and affirming environment.”

“My greatest strengths come from integrating the approaches I love most—psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I am skilled at helping clients explore the deeper roots of their patterns, understand how past experiences shape their present, and develop new, healthier ways of thinking and responding.”

“I provide trauma-informed, integrative therapy with a strong foundation in psychoanalytic work. Together, we explore underlying patterns, early relational experiences, and unconscious dynamics that may be shaping your present challenges. I also integrate cognitive-behavioral and emotionally focused techniques to support insight, emotional healing, and lasting change.”
